Yes, as long as they are both non-multiples and you are pulling them into a multiple, since they are past med/surg history you will want to make them demo recall and when you build your query for your Preop Assessment, make it a multiple and map the two into it. Our Preop unit has a Past Medical History field and a Past Surgical History field. When the patient is admitted after surgery the Med/Surg units have a Past Medical/Past Surgical history field. I would like to default the responses to the Preop assessment into the Med/Surg assessment. We are Magic 5.4 sr1. Thanks for any help that you can give.
