The following will be
needed for consideration:
1) Current or Previous
Consulting Experience- will not consider first time clinical or technology
individuals taking their first jump from the hospital to the consulting
world.
- 2-3 years of experience
- Need an understanding of the complete implementation methodology. Work Flow Analysis, Process Change Documentation, Testing, Training, Go-Live support.
2) Meditech Client
Server Experience only
3) 2-3 Previous Client
Server Implementations in their area of expertise.
4) Team
Leads/Coaches
- Not just a hands-on individual but those that can participate as a team member or step up and lead if asked.
5) Well versed in the
use of Microsoft Project
6) Would prefer Clinical experience
