Does anyone out there have any sort of integration between Lanier (dictation system) and ITS? My site is currently using Softmed Chartscript for transcription, but would like to switch to transcribing directly into ITS. One of the benefits of Softmed that doesn't seem to be duplicated in ITS is a DDSI interface. This DDSI interface seems to be a application level interface that takes the data fields from the Lanier VoiceWriter transcription station and "pastes" them into the Search fields in Softmed Chartscript. It saves the transcriptionist from doing a manual search for that patient or order. Has anyone heard of something like that for ITS? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
