Title: POM Survey: how do you document telephone read back orders?
We are going live with POM in September (Magic 5.5 SR1), and we want to know how others are documenting telephone orders that the nurse is supposed to read back to the provider.
Are you adding a comment to every order? Or is there something else that you are doing?
