Hi All,
We have set up Coumadin for multi-dosage forms. When it is ordered, if
the pharmacists forgets to check off all the doses, you can't scan any of
the doses on the MAR.
I asked Meditech if there was a way to have them automatically checked off
when ordered and they told me no-to submit a custom or mix request. Is
anyone else having a problem with this?
