Our C/S site is exploring the possibility of creating CDSs that will prompt our staff to obtain the correct referral and authorizations prior to service on recurring accounts. We also plan to do reporting from the information gathered on the CDS screens. Are there any sites out there that currently capturing this information on a CDS?
