Hello - I would like to take a quick survey for all facilities that are LIVE with an Enterprise PACS system. I will reforward responses back to those that replied and anyone else that are interested: 1) How many remote facilities do you have PACs deployed. 2) Do you support Teleradiology? 3) How many PACS Admins are in your organization? 4) Who do you report to - Radiology, IS or both? 5) Does the PACS Admin support the PACS/RIS interface (if you have one)? 6) Do the Radiologists/Techs make first call to PACS Admin or Hospital IT Helpdesk? 7) Is the PACS Admin responsible for supporting/replacing hardware issues with the PACS equipment (Radiology Workstation, Tech Workstation, etc.)? 8) Do you have spare hardware on site; e.g. Rad Workstations, Tech Workstations, etc.? This works for the Outlook client while at the users desk and the pay stub can be printed with the correct alignment. But when the employee logs in from home using webmail, they can view the sub but printing it the alignment is off. I want to know what other facilities are using for this to work correctly? Maybe a third party software? For webmail, we are using Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003. Any feedback would be appricated. Thanks in advance.
