Is anyone using EDM in an Urgent Care Setting? We are multi-facility and we are currently using EDM in 2 ED's. We also want to use it in our Urgent Care, but have an issue related to the registration status. Currently, patient's in the Urgent Care are registered as POV's (Provider Office Visit). The Reception routine associated with EDM registers the patient with a status of PRE ER. We would like to keep the Urgent Care patients as a POV status (not ER), but have not been able to find a way to have this work with EDM. Any suggestions?
