[MEDITECH-L] MM Storeroom Barcoding and Scanning

We are beginning an initiative to introduce Scanning technology in our storeroom.  The initiatives we want to introduce are:
 
1) scanning items during the receiving process using either a laptop or tablet possibly
 
2) Barcoding Bin Labels so that our users can utilize them during cycle counts of inventory and uploading the information into Meditech
 
3) Utilizing the Barcoded bin labels during the issue process to either enter directly into MM using a Tablet/Laptop or enter the data into a handheld device and uploading the information into Meditech.
 
If you have implemented any or all of the above processes would you be willing to share with me a) what you are doing for each and b) what hardware solution(s) you decided on?
