Hi, We are currently setting our Meditech System up to track
FLMA (using sick, vacation, holiday and personal days). The dictionaries
(benefits and earnings) have been set up, but the system only deducts the FLMA
from FLMASICK, etc and we want to be able to also deduct the time from SICK1.
I know that it is not possible to pull from two (2) benefits and I was wondering
if other users have found another way of tracking both the FLMA hours and the
Regular Sick, Vac, etc thru the Meditech System? I am attaching a copy from page 5 of Enter/Edit Employee to
hopefully clarify what we are asking - Employee takes FLMA Sick 40hrs and it
gets deducted from FLMASICK and at the same time we would like to deduct the
same 40 hrs from SICK1:
