Right now I have a spooled report from Micro and one from Lab that prints a list of patients who have had "reportable" tests ordered. I use the Lab Specimen Report and Micro Specimen Report, respectively, and restrict the search to the range of tests in question with Show Results set to 'Y'. I did have to make more than one to cover all of the tests, but they automatically print to our INFCT printer daily - at least Mon through Fri; I have Monday's set to a S/T-3 "From" date. It can get a bit long, but the IC staff are happy with it. So, depending on the size of your facility, it may be something you can use (our hospital is 165 beds). Of course, if there is a better "mousetrap" out there I would like to know about it, too!
