My site is currently using Softmed Chartscript for transcription, but is investigating the possibility of transcribing directly into ITS rather than interface with Softmed. Would anyone who is transcribing directly in Client Server (5.5) ITS be willing to talk with us? We'd like to get a "real world" perspective. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
