We are trying to get an INDIANA rx blank to print.
We are Magic 5.5 sr1, set up as a network printer.

The format of the labels(prescription) requires it to print
"landscape".

The first recommendation is to tweak the driver; however, since it is
set up as a
network printer, my IT is telling me that with in Meditech OPS were I
define the printer's IP address and model (driver) there is not a way
for them to change the portrait/landscape setting. The person that I
talked to said this would be something that the PHA module people may be
able to do.
I am not aware of anything in PHA that you can switch.

As far as changing it in NPR, my IS person only knows of making the
first line long enough to "force" it to go to landscape.

Any ideas??

thanks in advance

tom
