Hi L, Could anyone provide me with a way to get our pneumonia and influenza vaccination questionnaires/forms into the system, so that the physicians can order these in POM? Right now, they complete a series of questions and based on the answers to those questions, they determine if the patient needs either of these vaccinations. Has anyone built these in the system?
