Title: PCS: Documenting the road not taken
Greetings:
We'd like to compare notes with Live PCS sites regarding documenting queries in assessments that are not filled in by users.
Did you consider adding a choice to group responses like "N/A", to document that a user viewed the query, but found it wasn't applicable to that clinical setting?
