Hi All, For those of you who have worked with this interface, I hope you can help me. We have the following issues: 1. We do not have a lab, so all of our orders are going to cross the interface to another Meditech Magic hospital. The routine labs work fine, but we are having a problem with send outs. I have them set up for the site of quest, but If I try to send this batch over the interface it does not even go to our send orders interface. If I change the site to Hospital we send our routines to, it goes over, but they can't get the test to be eligible for their quest site batch. Any Ideas on how to fix this? 2. Micro cultures go over the interface, but when the results are sent back, I have to change my user site and verify them to Get the results to display. The other issue is that sensitivities are not coming over at all-only the organisim 3. The site we are sending to is having problems with billing. Out patients come over to them as unknown location and Unknown client, so the billing is not occurring correctly. How do we fix this?
