Deb,
I am assuming that you're fragmenting from an ADM.PAT report to a PHA.CLV
report to get some detail on the current patient if it exists.
The PHA.CLV has a patient index. You should:
1. Use that index in your PHA.CLV fragment.
2. Send the patient's urn in a frag variable (/R.FRAG.PAT) from your
ADM.PAT report.
3. Add the select on your PHA.CLV of patient EQ /R.FRAG.PAT
This should get you every clinical intervention performed on the patient...
