We are not a Texas site, but we have been using C/S to document inpatient and outpatient rehab for almost 5 years. We use PCS to document all interventions and charges on the inpatient side. We use PCS on outpatients as well, but use ITS for charges. We are able to put billing modifiers in through outpatients for CCI Edits. That is the only reason we use ITS for outpatients regarding charges.
