The report is attached, hope it helps.  It does pull the screen onto the report, and can print as seen or compressed (blank lines removed).  I recall it's handled by the existence or absence of a ,1 at the end of the call....
 
This type of stuff is also available out on the Iatrics' L Archives...

Excuse my ignorance, I'm not familiar with MIS.SCREEN.PRINT........does it actually pull the CDS onto the report?  We are 5.4 Magic.

The old CDS is available in ABS.PAT, and can be printed at any time with a report to pull the info by visit.  In Magic, we have an NPR DPM of MIS.SCREEN.PRINT which does the job well...  not sure of C/S..

We are Client Server 5.5 SR2.  We are currently changing our MSP questionnaire for the third time.  Before we proceed we would like to know if other hospitals have done this and if so how did you retain the old MSP information on older accounts for auditing purpose?
