There is a hospital that he knew of where a patient sued and won a large settlement because this discussion happened outside their door.... Physician: "GET THIS DAMN COW OUT OF HERE ! The patient was distraught because she was a little overweight and was able to collect on pain and suffering and so on and so on....... Imagine you are the patient and overhear the Dr saying this; Most people would take offense to being referred to as a cow....
