Hi all. I am posting this again, in hopes that someone knows if this can be accomplished or not. Thanks in advance for your help. I got a request from my team: We are revising the Nursing Care Plan in the OR and we need to show that we have "prioritized" the problems for each individual patient (JCAHO Focus). We built a Group Response (OR.CAREPRI-Care Plan Prioritizing)with #'s 1-7 and NA. We built the necessary queries and then revised the CDS (OR.CAREPLAN). The question for you is, can we create a rule that only allows each of the numerical elements (1-7) FROM THE Group Response to be used one time when documenting the Priority in the CDS?
