We have recently purchased and implemented Orionhealth Inc.'s Rhapsody Interface Engine (http://www.orionhealth.com/) for our Meditech system at Sierra View Hospital. The initial cost for this interface is about $35K for a ten communication point setup. We did some research prior to our decision and found that for its versatility, ease of use and maintainability it was the best product for the money spent on the market.
Now, having said all that, I want to tell you that their training to use the product is also top notch, but be aware that it is five days and you might likely need them all to get the full benefit of it's capabilities.
We looked at quite a few of them available on the market (NeoTools, Quovadx (Cloverleaf) SeeBeyond and Interfaceware to name a few), but Orion's Rhapsody IE was rated higher than anyone else on the market and their prices were competitive with others mentioned on the "l" list.
