Kim,   B/AR can produce "B" accounts.  These accounts stay in B/AR - no MRI, no ABS, no ADM... thus no EMR.  These are actual 'patient' accounts, not 'client' accounts.   You could get inventive with giving menu access someplace other than B/AR, but I wonder about the Lab issues?  This would only work if you don't do any automated testing...  then another option might be to use your Lab facility... and not enable this facility to the EMR HUB?  Depends on what you may already do with the 'S' unit #'s...   I'm not C/S, but I'm sure the accounts by application or database are available for C/S.....     Gosh, if not PLEASE let me know, as we're considering the migration!   :)   Hope this helps, Cindy Bodnar-Anderson IS, Senior Programmer/Analyst Regional Health Rapid City SD  57701 -----Original Message----- From: Kim Tilley [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, July 31, 2006 12:14 PM To: meditech-l@MTUsers.com Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Billing Only Visits in EMR?
