For those of
you out who are using Time Charge Rules for OR charging, can you
please share how pricing was determined (i.e., $$$ dollars as an initial flat
rate, $$ dollars for the first 30 minutes, $ dollars for each
subsequent 15 minutes, etc. If you are able to disclose the actual
pricing, that would be helpful (so we have an example to go off of);
otherwise, if you could at least describe the model or approach
used to calculate and/or come up with the pricing (including Minor vs.Major,
etc. - if you are also using Severity levels), we would really appreciate some
help. Also, who at your organization was responsible for determining
pricing (Business Office, Finance, OR Dept, etc)?
