We use RCR accounts and have our parameters set to auto-discharge accounts after 30 days of no visit history. Our ADM parameters are set as: RCR AUTODISCHARGE METHOD: LAST VISIT NEW RCR ACCOUNT METHOD: 3 STATUS FOR NEW ACCOUNT: SCH RCR AUTODISCH: 30 We also have SCH parameters set as: AUTOMATICALLY ATTEND BOOKED RECURRING/SERIES APPTs FOR REG RCR PTs? Y Our RCR accounts do auto-discharge after 30 days, and create a new account, if future appointments exist. Helen Shacter I.T.
