Hello, I am trying to find a way to document medication titration in a grid format in Meditech (if that's even possible). I know how to display the grid but an issue we have is the time increments. If I need to document an 'pressor' every 5 minutes I can't find a way to get the grid setup for every 5 minutes. In Meditech it just shows the time documented and then when viewing the history it's in a screen format instead of a grid. Is there a way in Meditech or any other software to have the nurse plug in the time frame for her documentation (every 5 minutes, 10 minutes) and the med and dose and have a grid setup for that?
