Good Morning L Friends- I need your input. We are in the process of replacing our old Ncoder+ coding software. We have looked any many potential Vendors but we have some questions and concerns. If you can supply back to me via the L an unbiased and non-collaborating response--I would REALLY appreciate it. In other words, base your answers ONLY on proven or documented facts. Questions: Which encoding software do you have? Codemaster/Quantim; 3M or Other? Which coding method do you use? Book; Logic or both and why? Have you experienced any problems with the Logic method and why? Have you had any problems training NEW staff with the Logic method and why? Do you get the necessary reporting needed from your encoder system? How is the Vendor's customer service and support been for your system? If you had to do it all over again--who would you go with and why? I look forward to ALL of your responses. Thank you!
