Hi guys….. I have a CDS set up for a nursing admission
and the query of patient safety comes up (it has 6 answers….bed in lowest
position, locked, call light in reach, etc)…. [I have it set as optional
(group response, multiple, and/or free text)]. I was wondering if there
is a way to get all the 6 answers (an “all the above” style) with
only 1 response ( or do I just put “all the above” and tell them to
