It takes one computed field for coded allergies and a line check and a
second computed field and line check for uncoded allergies.
xx.coded.allergies

On the line that has the xx.coded.allergies field, use this line check
(the number on the 3rd line of the ECB should equal length you have
defined for the computed field):
