I don't know about mouse covers, but I recently became aware of a
company called Unotron who manufacture sealed keyboards and mice for
this type of environment - here is their web page....

I would avoid the Unotron keyboards like they are infected with Avian Flu. We tested them for our mobile carts, and they seemed great, but in actual deployment we had lots of problems with them. This was particularly with the USB model. The PS2 model may be fine. The keyboards would be sporadically non-responsive until you disconnected them and reconnected them. We ended up sending them all back to the vendor we purchased them from.

The mice have been more reliable, but we have had some 'early' failures. If you do not need a scroll wheel, I would consider the sealed mice from iKey.
