Is anyone using premixed Amino acid and Dextrose bags with or without premixed electrolytes for TPN'S? Example Clinimix 5/15 or Clinimix 4.25/5 with or without Electrolytes. If so, how did you build the entries in the Drug Dictionary to contain the amino acid and dextrose information for the bags without electrolytes?
