My name is Alan Baillargeon, and I am the Regional Peer Group Leader for the upcoming MUSE-Eastern Region Conference to be held Wednesday-Friday September 6-9, 2006 in Baltimore, MD.
The EDM Peer Group is scheduled to meet on Wednesday afternoon. I plan a repeat of last years' demonstration of
- Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) and
- Physician Documentation, including Voice Recognition.
via the EDM module.
This session was well received last year; I have had several requests for a repeat performance.
I would welcome other MUSE members who will be attending the Conference to host a "Show-and-Tell" of any innovative uses of the EDM module. I'd be happy to assist in any way in preparation/presentation of such a session.
Please respond back directly if you would like to present your accomplishment(s) during the session.
