Title: Faxing Lad and/ or Rad results
Is anyone faxing Laboratory and/or Radiology results to physician clinics automatically? We are getting more and more business from Physicians outside of our usual clinic base. Historically we have sent results via network printers. We have purchased Interbit faxing, but had some general questions.
How are you managing the set-up and maintenance for these types of clinics? Centralized? IS or department management? Is each physician office set up as a new location? Do you have someone manually faxing the reports? Are you using any of MEDITECH’s functionality for routing? If so, what?
