We are a 5.4 Magic site. Once again, we are looking into using the housekeeping function to improve the communication between nursing/admissions/housekeeping. Is anyone using these functions? Has it improved the process of moving patients through the facility in a more timely manner? Who enters the data? Does all of housekeeping enter their own data or does the manager/supervisor/lead person only have access? If you are using these functions, would you mind a quick phone call to discuss? Have you tried using these functions and had enough reason to toss in the towel? Appreciate any feedback.
