I'm interested in information about Meditech training for ABS, ADM, MRI, BAR
and SCH, not just for each individual module, but specifically for the
integration and interaction of the modules.

This past year has been transitional for us in these areas; with the separation
of the Patient Access and Patient Financial Services Departments and the
addition of a Revenue Management Department, we feel the effects of
"segregation". We've seen some processes fall into the 'black hole' and we're
still re-assigning other processes as well as adding new ones.

Meditech's training is usually very module-specific, but we feel that the
functions of Access, PFS, HIM and Revenue Management are so intertwined that we
need group training specifically addressing the integration of the modules,
especially the system-wide impact of a dictionary change in one module, for
instance.

In some ways, we may actually need a process consultant, but one with this
detail level of knowledge about Meditech.

If I've made any sense at all and you have suggestions or thoughts about this,
please let me know.

Thanks!

Julia
