Hello, L-List,

We run MAGIC 5.5 SR2 and have some off-site locations that can not be set up as VPN and therefore can't use networked printers.

We had a custom report from back in 4.8/4.9 to set up label printing to work on our DATAMAX Prodigy printers for LAB, BBK and MIC as LOCAL devices.  We can no longer use this custom routine and are trying to get the standard to work until we can design a new custom report due to formatting issues etc.

When we try using the standard routines:
-> 10. Laboratory
  -> 10. Requisitions
    -> (Label routines 31-35)

We can not seem to get any output from the printer using the above standard routines when we print to LOCAL.  The same Label Formats we're using work fine on those printer types if they're set up on the network (we use the same printers throughout our implementation).

Anyone out there currently print LAB/BBK/MIC labels on a DATAMAX Prodigy device defined as LOCAL?  If so, what is your set-up?  What cable connection are you using?  Did you have to change any pin settings on the cable?  We're in a bit of a crunch for time to get these up and running so anything would be helpful, but please be as specific as possible.

Thanks, L members!
