Picis said to call Meditech. Meditech asked me to ask Picis how they are calling PCI. When I submitted this question to Picis, they figured out how to fix it on their end. They did not provide any details on the fix. -----Original Message----- From: Scott LaRosa [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Tuesday, August 01, 2006 4:34 PM To: Kern, Wayne; [email protected] Subject: Re: [MEDITECH-L] NUI, medTRACK and PCI Hello Wayne, We are a 5.5 magic site who is testing the roll out of NUI as well. I just tested this and it is also aborting my session. Please post all responses with possible fixes to the "L" list so we can all benefit, especially if someone has found the solution to this issue! The meditech-l web site is MTUsers.com ====================================== We have Meditech Magic 5.5. We are starting to use the 4.x NUI workstations. When a user is in Picis' medTRACK and tries to go to PCI from there, the session aborts. It works fine with workstation 3.x. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
