I am looking for a way to pull drugs that have serious Food/drug interactions into an Intervention that our dieticians document on.

Or, as MUsher below requested, and NPR report.

Anyone have any success with this?

thanks, Bill

Subject: [Meditech-L] NPR report for food/drug interactions

I have been struggling with this for awhile, but now I seek your
help...HELP
Does anyone out there in MT land have a report that list patients who
are on
drugs with medication interactions?  If so, would you be willing to
share?
I'd really appreciate any help.  TIA
