Hello! We are revisiting the issue of the creation of two
numbers for surgical accounts, one for the pre-op and one for the surgical
services. We do this so that we can accurately bill and code the
services, but we HATE to have two separate numbers in EMR. So we have two
questions for you… Has anyone figured out a way to bill accurately for both the
pre-op and the surgical services on the same account? Is anyone performing and billing for the pre-operative
services in a clinic?
