This report has a LAB frag,OE frag and PHA report that has the INR, data, diet and lots of other information on it. You may find this a good starting point for a flow sheet. Our pharmacist wants to have a coumadin flow sheet for our patients that are in-house and taking coumadin. The flow sheet will show the dates give the drug, the next lab test protime result and the inr result. In the Meditech-L arhives search, I found messages that refer to such a report. I believe it is written with a couple of different frags. I would appreciate any tips or reports that anyone on the L would share with me concerning this flow sheet. I have written frags from financial modules and ADM but am unsure of Pharmacy and Lab.
