Norman Regional Health System (NRHS) is beginning a large, multi-year Information Technology initiative and will offer to the right candidate an excellent compensation package as well as the potential for career advancement and professional growth for the following positions. Candidates must have an excellent work record, a history of providing innovative technology solutions and a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.
Meditech experience is desired, as NRHS will begin implementation of Meditech in the fall.
NRHS is a multi-facility system comprised of a 325 bed acute care facility, inpatient rehab unit, outpatient clinics and physician office practices. Plans are in place to add another specialty hospital by 2008 for Women's Services, Cardiology and Orthopedic Services. NRHS is located in Norman, Oklahoma, a university community with a population of +100K.
Manager Applications Support:
Management position responsible for the application component of the HIT department including the clinical and financial applications as well as the HELP Desk. Responsible for the direct supervision of Clinical and Financial Analysts.
B. S. degree in computer or information science or equivalent application related experience. Three to five years of experience in application support, including project management experience. Previous management or supervisory experience required.
Clinical Application Analyst:
Supports the departments and users of the clinical applications and provides clinical application development, assistance with implementations, and production analysis. Degree in a clinical related field, or information technology. Equivalent application related experience may be substituted for degree. Three to five years experience using a clinical application or in the support of a clinical related application.
