Title: REPORTING ON CDS RESULTS
I’m not a strong NPR type, so I’m hoping the generous L users can point me in the correct direction here or even provide a report that could be used with modification. I need to report the results (C/S 5.3 system) of 4 Y/N type queries attached to NUR assessments (NUR.PC.WORK DPM?) and I want to print the query results only if there is a positive (yes) response to at least one of the queries, if the responses are all no or nil I don’t want the record to show. I would like to limit the selections by date range of the query response and include the patient name, account number, and location along with the positive query results. Any and all suggestions are appreciated, thanks in advance.
