We have a test Pyxis console and a test one drawer med station. There is only one PROCAR. It is my understanding that you can also contract with Pyxis to obtain a test console and one drawer med station when you need it. The down side is that you also have to contract with Pyxis to set it up every time it is shipped in. We have found it critical to test the interface for the profiled orders. If you are not profiling, then the testing may not be as critical. We have not found any interface problems with non profiling medstations during the ring releases. There has been improvements and modifications to the profiling interface that seem to be necessary to validate. John John Valuckas R.Ph.
