Good Afternoon: The Fauquier Health System is actively searching for a seasoned Clinical Analyst to spearhead the implementation of our CPOE project. Fauquier Hospital is an 86 bed community hospital nestled in rural Virginia, 45 miles Southwest of Washington, D.C. The Clinical Analyst II serves as a technical liaison between the Hospital's Information Systems Department and the various clinical users and departments by providing ongoing support of the Hospital's clinical applications. Duties include, but are not limited to, project management, system design and implementation, testing, training, and documentation. The analyst must have a clear understanding of hospital clinical operations and be able to translate user requests into appropriate clinical system functionality. The ideal candidate would possess these qualities: BS/BA/BSN. 3-5 years applications support/implementation/project management experience within a hospital environment. Knowledge of healthcare clinical software applications and systems. Highly developed customer service skills. Meditech Client Server experience and hospital clinical experience preferred.
