Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Applications Manager will be responsible to provide support of Magic Clinical and Advanced Clinical Applications including but not limited to: Emergency Department Management (EDM), Nursing, Order Entry, PCI, RXM and POM. The Application Manager designs, implements, coordinates and supports existing and new application systems including module customizations, upgrades and interfaces. Responsible for end-user support and training of an assigned group of application super-users. Applications Manager must have strong interpersonal and project management skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Knowledge of Meditech Report Writer required. Ideal candidate must have the following skills and experience: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, Nursing or related specialty 2. Expert knowledge of Meditech 3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills 4. Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare industry 5.
