Hi Clay, We are a Magic 5.4 site and we are experiencing a problem of sometimes this field is becoming blank. I say becoming because we have it set in our various registrations as required so something has to be entered, however at the end of the quarter when we file our data with our stated we find anywhere from 1 to 10 accounts which are missing an Admission Source. I am very puzzled, I have reviewed the accounts and there is no common denominator among them. I have opened a MT task but if anyone is having this particular problem I would love to speak with them. I assume when your Staff are typing in PHY that this is a valid mnemonic? Also what is your platform and version of MT?
