We’re trying to get some estimates as to how much the Core Team users time (away from regular jobs) will be allocated during the BMV implementation.  Right now we’re estimating the Core Team will be comprised of the following:

 

I/S Analyst/Project Leader

Clinical Informatics RN

Pharmacist

Pharmacy Tech

2-3 Nurses

I/S Hardware/Desktop

 

Can you advise for your facility what type of users made up your Core Team?  And, also how much time you allocated per week for that staff to work on BMV during the implementation?
