Good Afternoon, Is anyone having system issues with the B/AR Reminder functionality? Several months ago we noticed that some manual denial reminders were being auto-resolved by the system. Recently we have identified another issue, automated reminders are being replaced but the old reminder is not resolving. Denied accounts requiring follow-up are being overlooked and the collector queues are exploding due to duplicate reminders. Meditech has confirmed that the setup is correct and can not find any DTS's that we are missing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance to all replies!
