Marc, I would drive this from ADM.PAT.adm.patient.file, using index adm.pat.room.bed.index. That way, you'd start with all patients currently occupying a bed. Then I would use ADM.PAT.urn to frag to SCH.APPT.sch.appointment (via the @patient field) to find any future appointments for this patient. Hope that helps!
