Hello Deborah, With our NetPrint plus solution, faxes do not need to be re-queued. We keep a copy of all failed faxes in our own queue and it is as simple as selecting the files and hitting send. We also can notify a responsible party that faxes did fail and that they need to be resent. I would like the opportunity to show you a demonstration that would take only an hour of your time online. It's been in place for years and never had a single problem. I am sure others will respond about Interbit.
